How long does shipping take within Egypt?
We offer standard shipping across Egypt. Deliveries within Cairo and Giza typically take 2-3 business days, while other governorates may take 4-6 business days.
What is your return and exchange policy?
You can return or exchange any item within 14 days of delivery, provided it is in its original condition with all tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, some items like face masks or underwear may be excluded.
Can I try on my order before paying the courier?
Yes, we allow customers to check the size and quality while the courier is at the door. If you are not satisfied, you can return it immediately and only pay the shipping fee.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) for all orders within Egypt, as well as secure online payments via Visa and Mastercard.
How do I know which size to choose?
Each product page features a detailed size guide. Since we offer both oversized and regular fits, we recommend checking the specific measurements in centimeters to ensure the perfect fit.
How should I care for my CTRL Cairo garments?
To maintain the quality of our premium fabrics, we recommend washing items inside out in cold water and avoiding the use of tumble dryers. Always refer to the care label inside the garment for specific instructions.
