At CTRL Cairo, we want you to feel confident in every piece you wear. If your selection isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 14 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team via WhatsApp or email with your order number and the reason for your return or exchange.

  Quality Inspection

  Ensure the garment is unwashed, unworn, and stored in its original packaging to qualify for a successful processing.

• 3.
  Courier Collection

  Once approved, we will dispatch a courier to your location within 3-5 business days to collect the item from your doorstep.

• 4.
  Refund or Replacement

  After our warehouse team verifies the item's condition, we will issue your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange item.
